Casa Edda is located between the hills of Le Marche, near the town of Penna San Giovanni and offers stunning panoramic views of the Sibillini Mountains.

The house and garden was rebuilt in 2010 to earthquake-proof standards, with original materials and warm colours, benefitting from an attractive, functional and comfortable interior design.

Casa Edda has an open-plan living/dining/kitchen area and enjoys five spacious double bedrooms. Each floor has its own bathroom and the master bedroom is en-suite. The house was designed so that it could be split for use by two families, with the extensive grounds reinforcing the sense of space and privacy.

We designed a beautiful garden with roses, lavender and olive trees, and various comfortable seating areas. The kitchen opens directly on to a large terrace with an original wood-burning pizza oven, and all around the house are different terraces to provide shade and privacy.

The large private swimming pool (6×15 meters) offers a spacious terrace with sun beds and a pool house. There’s even an open fire pit for late night al fresco drinking and chatter.

The garden and parking area to the front of the house were fully refurbished in 2015, with room to park three cars comfortably.
